    Granada

    Immersion

Granada is an excellent destination for school groups that would like to learn more about Spanish history and culture. The ancient city has become popular mainly due to the majestic Alhambra Palace, rising out from the peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

The highlight of a Spanish trip to Granada is a visit to the World Heritage Site of the Alhambra Palace, where students can learn about the amazing history of this building during our guided tour.

Our partner Spanish language school, Delengua, is ideally located a short walk from Granada’s famous cathedral. Spanish lessons are normally taken in the mornings and are delivered in closed groups. The content of the Spanish lessons are designed to meet your curriculum requirements.

Outside of lessons, your students will take part in a guided walking tour of the Albaicin, a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace and concluding with the traditional flamenco show in the Sacromonte caves.

On a school Spanish trip to Granada, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to converse in Spanish and discover what lies at the heart of the city. A university town, Granada has a very friendly population which welcomes young people, so your students will feel comfortable speaking and practising their Spanish in everyday situations.
