Rouen
Rouen is a vibrant, medieval city in the heart of Normandy and the city offers an intensive French immersion experience to students. On the banks of the Seine, Rouen is the dynamic, historic, and cultural centre of Normandy. Many visitors’ favourite buildings in the city include Monet’s iconic representations of Rouen Cathedral and the lovely new chapel dedicated to Joan of Arc.
Our partner language school, French in Normandy, is ideally located in the chic and quiet area of Jardin des Plantes, a short walk from the main shopping area. French lessons are delivered in closed groups. The content of the French lessons are designed to meet your curriculum requirements. Outside of lessons, your students will take part in a cultural activities programme, organised by the language school, and delivered in French, to give them a taste of Normandy and French culture and continue the French language immersion experience.
