Prague
Prague, the “City of a Hundred Towers” is known for its colourful Baroque buildings, Gothic churches, medieval castles, and more than three hundred bridges. Prague inspires Arts and Media students alike with its many historical buildings and winding alleys of the Old Town – it is a film set in itself!
Your school group can enjoy a guided walking tour of the city that focuses on movies. Mysterious nooks and romantic Prague lanes have beckoned Hollywood since the earliest days of film history. Perhaps you’ll see the same theatre as Mozart in Amadeus or experience first love like Spiderman’s Peter Parker.
Enter the museum and fantasy world of Karel Zeelman where your students will become screenwriters, directors and special effects artists by taking part in a 2-hour classic animation workshop. Experienced guides will help them produce an animated film.
Finally, visit one of the largest and oldest film studios in Europe at Barrandov. It is one of very few film studios in the world that offers guided tours for groups during normal operations.
