    Costa Rica

Discover biology in one of the most biodiverse countries on Earth. Explore. Investigate. Understand.

Take your learning beyond the classroom with an unforgettable field experience in Costa Rica, exploring tropical ecosystems, volcanic landscapes, forests and coastal habitats. Designed for GCSE and A-level Biology students, this trip brings key biological concepts to life through real-world experiences.

From the rainforest and wetlands around Arenal to the Pacific coastline at Tamarindo, students will encounter an incredible variety of plants, animals and habitats while developing a deeper understanding of how organisms interact with their environment.

This school trip is an excellent immersive opportunity to experience the biology studied in the classroom first-hand. Students will see how environmental factors influence organisms, how ecosystems function and why protecting biodiversity matters.

With carefully selected 3-star accommodation and group travel arrangements, the programme combines biology, adventure and cultural experiences to create a memorable educational journey.

See the science. Experience the ecosystems. Take your biology beyond the classroom.
